Meditation Classes

Every Monday Night at 7:30pm in our beautiful studio. 

There will be a strong Earth focus as Sarah works with the plant, animal and mineral kingdoms to help others connect with their etheric bodies.

Expect a class that changes from week to week. Sarah will also be using powerful gems crystals and minerals and sound healing tools to assist in the awakening and healing journey through meditation.
